i drink only water with the exception of 1 cup of OJ in the morning & a few cups of coffee to get me goin. no soda, no fast food, watch my sugar intake, and no white breads (only wheat), 2 cups of green tea at night, and i dont eat after 12 hours of being awake.
im the last person to "go on a diet", per-se, so instead, I just made a few adjustments. no biggie.

eek, i love soda, fast food and white bread....haha...seriously, those are my favorite parts of eating
