we often mistaken hunger for thirst. drink a glass of water if your hungry in between meals. if you wanna lose weight, eat 3-5 smaller meals a day & drink 2 cups of green tea everynight.
I've lost 17 pds in the past 2 months from just doing that. (fuck excercising lol) :P

my routine is going to be to eat breakfast or the first meal....take something that suppresses my appetite, ride the day out....maybe a snack...take another around 4pm....then eat again around 10pm or so
i dont' go to bed til 3am or so, so that plenty of time for food to digest and shit
but i eat total shit, mcdonalds every day, italian baked sandwiches, all soda, no water....so...LOL...i need something that makes me eat less of it, cause I am not changing my diet
