why would you want to NOT eat?? unless you're trying to gain weight..
we often mistaken hunger for thirst. drink a glass of water if your hungry in between meals. if you wanna lose weight, eat 3-5 smaller meals a day & drink 2 cups of green tea everynight.
I've lost 17 pds in the past 2 months from just doing that. (fuck excercising lol) :P
