This board is comprised of individuals from differing countries, states, nations, beliefs, values, and opinions...
the "traditional" American way has always and will always respect and be open to these viewpoints (in my eyes anyway).
Yesterday, Americans across the country casted their ballots, observed patiently, and watched the same broadcasts you have. Winners and losers were announced, results were given. Where in this equation and tumbling events did the outright hatred and generalization of Americans come into the picture? We had the chance to vote, we threw in our opinion, and what happened....... happened.
Overall, a big part of my ambition and motivations to get to know and do business with a lot of the individuals on this board are very unappealing after a display like this. I have nothing but respect and admiration from individuals from other countries. I?ve been involved in fistfights with my own common ?citizens? after 9/11 when a group of individuals harassed a childhood friend because of his Islamic ethnicity. I respect and cherish the friendships and relations I have with individuals in other countries, and view these experiences as a building block for life, business, and overall intellect/knowledge.
But if something happened in YOUR country that my PERSONAL opinion contrasted, the LAST thing I would do is call you an asshole and lump you into a redneck category of uninspired, uneducated meatheads. To even IMAGINE calling out someone else who I hardly knew, threw them into a category, and told them to eat shit and die, especially over an event that an entire country was a part of. The generalization and grouping of all Americans into this "retard" category... and throwing out comments to personally attack United States citizens..... is absolutely absurd to me.
Much of you are firing out ?ignorant Americans? comments, well?
its amazing to me that some of you jackasses don?t realize how many designers, programmers, hosting services, program owners, photographers, content services are based in US and observing your comments, and could be writing off a few of you assholes from any future relation?.I know I have, but you made that decision.
Throughout the last few days, the attention, anger, criticism, and outright inhuman requests towards Americans has really really pissed me off. Comments such as "you deserved 9/11" "Americans should just kill themselves" "god don't you Americans feel like retards today" etc. etc. has realy downgraded your level of credibility/validity in any business environment. And throughout this montague of slander and anger, and personally, being a pretty patriotic American, I have kept my mouth shut in terms of firing back with the same kind of comments towards anyone else personally, their respective country or nation.
I have kept respect for you, try doing the same.
We all wanted something in this election, some got it, some didn't. This didn't require the prerequiste of your ignorance towards my country or my "redneck, retarded" standpoint. So shut up the loose jaw, make some money, get laid, and move the fuck on.
