hehe, i am up to 205 now...so, yeah
plus, i have had no energy lately due to the changing seasons and gloomy weather...i want something to wake me up, help me not pig out, and also give me that zoom when I work out
why would you want to NOT eat?? unless you're trying to gain weight..
we often mistaken hunger for thirst. drink a glass of water if your hungry in between meals. if you wanna lose weight, eat 3-5 smaller meals a day & drink 2 cups of green tea everynight.
I've lost 17 pds in the past 2 months from just doing that. (fuck excercising lol) :P

my routine is going to be to eat breakfast or the first meal....take something that suppresses my appetite, ride the day out....maybe a snack...take another around 4pm....then eat again around 10pm or so
i dont' go to bed til 3am or so, so that plenty of time for food to digest and shit
but i eat total shit, mcdonalds every day, italian baked sandwiches, all soda, no water....so...LOL...i need something that makes me eat less of it, cause I am not changing my diet
I've always been told that water with lemon helps supress appetite as well as mints. No matter what I think it's always kinda mental and can either work or not work. Either you think too much about not eating that you eat, or you get caught up in drinking the water with lemon that you forget about eating.
oh, and I also have some cool lemonade stuff that my uncle gave me the recipe for...it has tons of nutrients and protein in it, so I stay healthy and shit

that stuff is unhealty. just eat lot's of "small" meals during the day.

but some foods make you feel "fuller" per a given caloric load, and these are the foods you should eat if you are attempting to lose weight, and also have good nutrition.
diet pills are not the best way.
do research on "satiety index", etc. some real research has already been done on this:
i.e. here's some food portions with the same caloric load as one slice of wonder bread (white bread 100 calories): (eating a 100 calorie apple will make you feel approx twice as full as eating one slice of white bread)
that's the direction you should be taking rather than appetite suppresants---do things the natural way and eat the right things---if you eat 100 calories worth of snickers candy bar (about 1 bite) you will be hungry again almost immediately.
feel full by choosing the right foods to eat according to "The Satiety Index":
(compared to one slice of white bread):
Apples - 197%
Grapes - 162%
Bananas - 118%
Cornflakes - 118%
Crackers - 127%
Boiled Potatoes - 323%
Oatmeat - 209%
Oranges - 202%
Popcorn - 154%
Beef - 176%
Cheese - 146%
Whole Grain Bread - 154%
and get some exercise.

I love stacker 3. But you must POUND water. Think of your body as an engine...and the stackers will heat your ass up. If you aren't flushing it with TONS of water, your innards will get fucked.
I used to take the read Xenadrine before they yanked the Ephedrine out of it. It would honestly make a huge differnence. After I took off the first 20 lbs I could run farther and felt better doing it. Then the winter came and I got lazy.

And how about that Hoodia Gordonii anyone notice it help? Or are the pills a placebo?

Stackers have something like the akaloid that is found in ephedrine, or at least that is how I understand it...apparently from I have read the past night, it makes ya pretty wired

tried it for 1.5 weeks, it does nothing to suppress appetite, it just has fillers in it that expand when they hit your stomach so it makes you full quicker
Try drinking the Chinese "Slim" teas... they push everything through your intestines and make you shit up a storm -- if you wanna lose weight, that's how you "dump" it!
