I know if I buy it I'll get no sleep , no sex, no work done, and lose my ability to function in the real world (what I had anyway!). Used to play the original on the Amiga ..back in the day...great game. BUT.. be prepared to lose hours playing it, or thinking about playing it, and strategies to use etc..
Will probably get it soon. Then I shall take my leave of absence from the human race for a few months.

I tought some time with the speed option the game was going realy to fast, to easy to get the technology, and to easy to get to year 2005 :P
I did not realy found anything else in the game new, or better then the other. surely the graphic are great,

If you've never played a Civ game get it and have a great time. Otherwise, the same strategies will beat the game.
