Our email and entire system is secure and has been. These phishing attempts are increasing for every product or service or bank in the world. We do not EVER email you outside of ePassporte, except when you set up a new account, then just once.
If you ever get an email from ePassporte outside of your ePassporte email, do not reply.

You need to think before you come up with claims of them being "hacked." I received a similar epass phish the other day, it was addressed to - wait for it - an email address I use exclusively for USENET (news). Nothing at all to do with adult, or affiliate programs.
Phishing is similar to spamming, indiscriminate mailing of address lists in the hope that someone will bite. I use multiple email addresses so it's not unusual to receive a few of these in a row, each sent to a different address.
It's probably very new to the customers so I'm sure there's a lot of people doing it. It's sad to see how stupid people are when it comes to computers....and well life in general.
