Answers 1 & 2:
You can create a page specific to each engine and use cloaking to get the desired version indexed and listed by each
Alternatively, you can just make 2 different versions (e.g. 2 domains) and optimize, link them seperately
You can also just forget Yahoo altogether and get 10x the hits from Google for the same ranking (give or take a few x's)
