Move to B.C...we have plenty of room..it might rain a bit more than usual but it doesn't snow here in the mainland...it stays in the mountians..We had a awesome stretch of sunshine in the summer...like 4 months without hardly any rain.

Vote With Your Feet!
The idea of "vote with your feet", is that people should move from countries they do not like to countries they like better. If enough people do this, countries will have to improve (compete), or risk losing key people to other countries. And in any case, the people who have moved are now in countries they like better.
Mexico is rated better than Canada on this list, Latavia is number 8!
