8. What would you say is your favorite part about working in this business?

Jay: The money is #1 ? at the rate I am going I will be a millionaire by 2005. The shows can be fun too. I?ve also made some good friends in the biz. Also, you can?t beat making your own schedule and not having to kiss someone?s ass to get time off is awesome. There are a lot of good points about this business.

12. Any new projects in the near future you would like to share with our readers?

Jay: I am now running www.occash.com ? that is going to be the last new project that I will be taking on for a while. We have a ton of new sites coming out. Running a program is a ton of work and expense. I wish that every newbie webmaster could run one for a while so the could appreciate the dynamics of it. Maybe they wouldn?t get so loose lipped on the boards if they knew.

Yeah man - I live in Huntington Beach right now. I am thinking of moving up to Hollywood next month.
