from what I've seen, people in Quebec tend to think they 'deserve' stuff more.
Higher contract and blue collar wages, more unions (they even tried to unionize a walmart), etc.
You can see it mirrored in their driving styles. more selfish behaviour, tailgating, less signalling.
It's funny watching them at the airport The minute 'preboarding' is announced (for elderly and people with children), everybody queues up.

that being said, some are great!
