Give the guy a shot. He did the design for webmasterlabor.com Very good layout plus he also designs great peripheral promotional items. All at a good price and a very customer care-oriented attitude. He's very easy to talk to. Maybe he doesn't have a portfolio link because he's referred mostly via word of mouth. Contact the guy and get some links. You might thank me later.
