    Rental Property in Connecticut?

Something on the shore is preferred, but anything is fine -- CT has a nice short trip to NYC without the "bullshit" of living in the city.

    Can move in immediately.

Long shot, maybe, but the realtors are striking out on property for purchase, and winter is coming quickly.

Ah. Up North. I'm in Wallingford now, looking to move to a house in the area until I can find one I want to buy.

What do you do? ICQ me, we'll see if there's anything we can work together on.

SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60. Let me repeat... A 120 x 60 button and no more that 3 lines of DEFAULT SIZE AND COLOR text.

I looked into getting some rental properties there, but the landlord/tenant laws lend themselves way too much to abuse from tenants that know how to exploit the law. Mass and RI protect the landlords much better.

Care to explain? I was looking into properties in CT and PA.

The area around Torrington is nice.

Yup. I live there and in New Haven county right now.

                          Got some leads there?

www.vrbo.com - always my first stop for vacation property... sometimes you find some good short term 1-2 month deals. might not be exactlywhat you're after but worth a shot

Cool idea on the VRBO call. Nothing decent, though.
