    A great house in Sofia, Bulgaria!!! [$200k] [PICS]

    A friend of mine is building very nice residential group with 8 houses (about $210,000 each) here in the heart of Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. She's one of my best friends so if anyone wants to invest in such a great investment i can get you a very good discount. The prices here are going up all the time and they will jump big time when we join EU 2007. You can google it. Is it nice offer? There's a leasing with just 30% upfront... or mortgage with any bank... Also the area is one of the best in Sofia, it's close to where the celebrities and the richest live... And the view is just stunning!!

                          Apparently early this morning in The White House during some kind of ?Ethics Meeting? held between Bush and his staff, a female intern asked President Bush a question that made him so mad, he turned around slapped her very hard across the face! This female intern happened to be trained as a Black Belt in ?The Martial Arts? and she was totally insulted at being slapped. Apparently her ?martial training? instantly took effect and she grabbed George by the arm and got him into a position where she held him in a pose with his arm twisted behind his back. She told him---?You had better apologize to me and to all your staff RIGHTY NOW ?or- I AM GOING TO BREAK YOUR ARM!?

                          The story goes that the next instant George Bush then suddenly fell to the ground and started kicking and screaming and crying like a baby, literally having a tantrum in front of everyone! And, he kept muttering over and over again---?They are going to Kill Me! They are going to Kill Me! They are going to Kill Me!?

                          The next instant The Secret Service showed up and a Psychologist came scurrying into the room with a syringe full of medication and he was sedated and literally carried out of the room! It is obvious they are trying to keep this story from the press and folks, all I can say is: ?the gig is up?! We are witnessing the last hours of this administration and they are literally ?pulling at straws? to try and keep it all together! It is time for The White Knights and THE FORCES OF LIGHT to step in and just ?get the job done!?

                                      I have nothing against Bulgaria, but I would have something against spending $200k on a mediocre house in a country with a nominal GDP per capita of $3k. If you want to life in a second or third world country, you might as well choose a cheap one.

                                                      In the Phoenix area houses are incredibly cheap. Very nice big houses too with pools and what not for under $200k.
