you gotta be kidding me - 210,000 dollars for a townhouse in the shithole of Bulgaria? when i read the thread title I expected a fucking castle with a moat for $210,000 in Bulgaria.

this has to be a scam - you can get a really nice home for $210,000 in many cities of the United States and Canada.
