You clearly have one side of the story from a a flat out, bald face liar. Im sure they didnt tell you how I advanced them money. How I loaned them more money off her contract so she could buy her wedding ring. Im sure they didnt tell you that when I was not paid the balance on the job where she was the model, I had to pay that balance out of my own pocket. I honored my contract with her even though I was left with an unpaid balance. Why, because it was the right thing to do. Im sure they dindt mention that when I told them I had not got paid and there would be a delay on the balance of her contract, she and her husband threated me with going public that I didnt pay. This is after I had already paid them $5000.00, they stayed in my home and called me their friend. I had every right to be stern and threated legal action. They knew that if they came out and said I had not paid them that it would really hurt my reputation. They falt out told me that they would ruin me if I didnt pay them. There threat was leveled far before I had to level mine. Regardless... they agreed to a short payment schedule. It was paid on time, to the letter of that schedule. Our agreement was that if I made those two installments to them, out of my own pocket, that they would not say a word to anyone and be very happy. They didnt hold up their end of the deal now did they Dean, and I have every right to be pissed and handle it the way I did. I only threatened legal action when I knew they had breached our agreement and been talking to people like you and others. On the other hand, they threatened me and my business i fI didnt pay to their terms. I have the emails to back it all up.
You really should get both sides of the story Dean. You dont even know the half of it. I should let you talk to my Asst. Gina and the others that were involved with this model. All I can say Dean, is if you are working with her, watch your back. I dont think shes a bad person, just desperate.
