For example when you click on your Ballhoneys post you get this link http://sinistersmut.com/wp/?p=41 when it could easily be http://sinistersmut.com/wp/ballhoneys-ass-fucking. You can change this by going to the WP Control Panel>>Options>>Permalinks and chosing the structure.
