need some opinions on my tour

Everything looks very nice I really like the look of your site. But I do have a question, what the hell is holding the cowboy hat in place?

It's not apparent from the first page that it's a porn site. It's not obvious that it's a subscription site of any kind other than the Join Now button. I would take the text from the first page and throw it on the top of the second page, and then let that be your main page. But that's just me.

Thanks, thats true, it doesn't look like a subscription site and I probably don't need as many tour pages. What about the other pages? Do any of the pages make you want to get a membership?

ok, feedback as I go through:

page 2:
it's not a surprise update if it's listed in your weekly calendar
You don't say what the pictures and videos are OF
a link to the personal diary would be nice, or a sample

page 3:
all of your quick list is "about me". But you haven't told them why you're so great yet.
Contests and giveaways should be linked to info about the contests

page 4:
what do you do in your webcams?
very nice vid quality! Talk about it!

page 5:
NICE pics! How many per shoot? How hardcore do you get? We don't know

page 6:
I'm assuming the total number of pics will change with each update?
You say "can't wait to see you inside" but you haven't established a rapport with the surfer yet. You're assuming he read through all the text on page 1?

Nice quality, I'm just not sure if it would result in a sale. That's my two cents, take it or leave it.

well, this is a very beautiful girl.

with beautiful skin, beautiful body. so if it were me i would use less images and only post superb images, and the small images would click through not to signup page but to a full size image to show tech quality, with an alt tag link with some personalized bio info or description of the image and a sales pitch (to give an illusion of reality) and the big images would be on html pages which would then click through to the join page.

and i would put a rotation script on it so every time a surfer reloads with a new cookie you have a different set of maybe 10 high quality thumbs clicking through to 10 html pages, etc.

and the images would not all be nudes, but reality type candids because with solo girl the surfer is trying to mentally establish some sort of relationship.

and there should be a high rez video file of the girl talking provocatively with a tilt down to some sort of masturbation type tease, maybe 20 secs only but very high rez.

lots of ideas here but no time.
