Good gosh 1mg I would not only break that one in half but break one of those halves in half. Those things can be addicting. I seen on Oprah where there's thousands of ladies.. housewife types just eating 30 of those a day like candy just to function. That's over alot of time of course but they are deathly addicting.
I'd only use them if you have a real hard time sleeping. They'll knock your ass right out. Recreationally not fun. But I guess if your house burned down or something else totally tragic you'd be like "Cool man life could be worse"Comment

I've been using Xanax from a Doc for about 2 1/2 years ...i never really went up much ... i started at about 1 mg a day and i'm at about 2 know if i take it at all ...
