Basically if you saw the preview commercial on TV you saw the movie.

i wonder if they'll make a sequel. i saw Ju-on 2, the sequel for the first, original japanese version..and it's no longer scary. i still havent seen the holywood version. for those of you have seen both the holywwod and jap version, did they use the same japanese kid who played Toshio?Originally posted by phpslave

Seen both, yes, they use the same kid. For those who don't know, here's the order
1 Ju-on (made for tv) *scariest, but low budget*
2 Ju-on 2 (made for tv) * recap from the first, with 40 new minutes*
3 Ju-on: The Grudge (theatre) * liked this one, Recommend you watch this first, check out the trailer
here
4 Ju-on: The Grudge 2 (theatre) *improved plot, scares and imagery. check out the trailer here
5 The Grudge (american) *buffy, dumbed down and simplified*
all of the movies were directed by Takashi Shimizu.
You can pick up any of the originals with subs
