last year we didnt buy enough candy and had around 100 kids knock at our door.... this year we decided we are gunna be very ready, and we had 12 kids ( 3 groups) come to our door... wtf

oh man. Im so sorry!
We went on a winery tour today and totally forgot about trick or treat, so we didn't buy anything. And we had a million kids knocking on our doors.
We gave them Starlight mints... the only thing we had at home
