Yeah.. well the tenant doesn't live on my moms property anymore, but my mom can't rent it out again, can't sell it or do anything to it before the court gives it's ruling. Even the tenant knows he lost the case and moved out like 3 months ago..but the court just fucks around. It's astonishing.
