    Bose addition to the iPod (pic)



    At $300 it doesnt look too bad of an addition to an already cool toy

                  neat, but you can hook the ipod up to any stereo with 1 cable.

                                              Correction. Bose SOUND is not nearly the best. Bose is, however, good at giving people what they want. Martin Logan isnt going to make an ipod speaker that looks nice, charges it, has a line out and a nice remote. Bose finds these niches and fills them. More power to em I say.

                                                  also the size of bose, very very small. other speakers like martins and kefs are pretty big. just listened to a pair of towers that were $40K for the pair. they were amazing. but they were also 8 ft tall.

                                                      I'll have to agree with ManOWar here... it only takes one cable to put the Pod on any stereo you already own with bass, 5.1 and all that nice stuff you already paid for. If you have AirTunes it doesn't even take a cable to do it.
