This really does beg the question that if he was serious about doing some business, why is he associating himself with his past? i.e. considering how many fake nicks and alteregos there are around here, why would he make it a point to let everyone know who he is and his past association. There is certainly no old timers around that would associate with him, and now the newer guys know to steer clear. He was an attention whore back in the day who thrived on this kind of beating, and all signs point to his repeating that fixation. As difficult as it is, just ignoring him is the best chance to get him to go away. Either that or be really really nice to the ones bearing banning powers.
