Has anyone ever used an outsourcing company?

I have used adultoutsourcing.com and they were pretty good but seems like they were constantly going thru people ona weekly basis. Projects were not completed in time. Always an excuse and cost was about 800.00 per month.

I use guys at XXXoutsourcing and have been very pleased with their work. I have an artist and a webmaster that have been working with me consistently for the past 6 months.

I would suggest you hit up Greg there. I have used some other outsourcing and contact people before and not been so happy with the results. I think the key to it is having a good management structure, and Greg and his managers have just that.

The language barrier and time zone differences were always a problem for me although I got some good work from some of the designers. It just took so much of my time babysitting and editing that I'm not sure it was worth the cost savings.

Ive been using xxxoutsourcing with decent success. My strategy was actually to develop the Webmaster to fit my specific needs, just as I would have to train inhouse. This takes about a month & then after that its all downhill. & my workload is pretty demanding, but once they learn the system it really has helped me focus on other aspects on my business.

we use one outsourcing service for design and gallery submission. They're not what you'd usually know as "outsourcing" but every service you contract outside your company is outsourcing. Anyway, I understand you're talking about "outside US outsourcing" and these guys are outside US.

We pay them more than any asian outsourcing company charges, but the results are overwhelming, specially when it comes to design, we've tours that any top design company would charge 800-1000 bucks for a fraction of that and even tho it's more expensive than any other company, and I mean several times more expensive, we wouldn't change them for anyone as long as we're getting 200-300% back in profits
