I'm in a bit of a unique position here as I get to see a lot of traffic stats..... or is this more of a personal question you're asking?
I see a nice clumping of sites that are in the 300GB/mo range, another clump at 2TB/mo (800+ members mostly), and another sizable clump near 10TB/mo (5000+ members mostly).
