No, americans escalate and create lawsuits trying to forcibly remove someone. The canadian mcdonalds employee had alot more class then Ashlee and more class then most american fast food workers (in my experience) I've been to wendys in the states on numerous times, where you have the cashier talking on her cellphone the whole time, you'd get shitcanned anywhere else.
