I bought eh PCMCIA to PCI converter off eBay for like $15.00. All you need is an empty PCI slot inside your computer.

Are you getting the same speeds as the laptop does . I have the laptop rolling too but didnt buy the part due to gettnig the pda to fire up as a usb modem. Great Technology ..
