The credit card number you have entered cannot be verified. Only credit cards from approved countries may be used on PayPal.

It's not possible both ways btw. Paypal doesn't recognize Virtual Visa as a valid credit card.

Yes, unfortunately this is true. You'd better get to work on an alternate method... like hooking up your bank account to Paypal.

Why not just get the ePassporte Electron card and then you could withdraw the money at any ATM?

Screw walking into a bank these days. It's as bad as going to the post office. All of my banking is done from the Internet, an ATM, or my cell phone.
