I really hope she gets well soon.
But it really seems like your main objective here is to get money. You hardly talk about her and seem to be more into asking for money or justifying why you should be asking for money. She just got hurt, she won't be billed for this for months. Worry about the medical bills down the line man, it's way too soon to be doing this.
