although I'm not an advocate of TheWeed...I'm not 100% against it either, depends on who's using or abusing ANY substance really...
but in regards to 'known' pot smokers...
I believe it's pretty common knowledge that Bill Clinton & JFK liked to puff on occasion, and if you read George Washington's diary you'll be wanting to look for the part about him enjoying to go down to the 'muddy swamps' when the slaves were burning the hemp....so it can be inferred that he enjoyed the contact high...

I don't see heroin addicts wearing shirts with syringes on them or crack heads wearing glass stem beanies.
When I see someone bragging about smoking copious amounts of ganja then I just smile to myself and think, "One less person to compete with me on my quest for world domination."
Pot: The Absolute De-Motivator.
Agreed.
Infact I just got a MSN from someone saying that they were..
I started smoking when I was in high school. Since then, I fought my way through Vietnam as a Combat Infantryman, achieved my Ph.D in Behavioral Science, graduated from Law School, obtained a degree on the side in Commercial Photography, became a flight instructor for airplanes, helicopters and instrument, retired, moved to Mexico, own a new car and a new Harley (both '04s), am having a new house built, just to name a few.
I am one UN-motivated SOB who'll turn 60 next year.......and I STILL smoke.
Test your logic. It appears to be a wee bit flawed.
I doubt I'd have what I have if I hadn't done it. Gawd knows, I wouldn't want to have achieved MORE!
However, at 4:30 in the morning, I'm usually sound asleep. But Nam conditioned me to the point where I'm still up just before "first light."
