    PLAYERS BALL UPDATES - New talent, details, sponsors, etc.

    First of all, huge thanks to all sponsors.

    If you are looking to do business with these players, you might get a pass to the party. I happen to know for a fact that these sponsors have hardly issued out Players Codes yet, so hit them up now and you will have the greatest odds of getting a pass.


    Updates on the Players Ball Talent and info:

    January 6th, 2005
    Located at the Alladin (Prana Lounge, also called the Crustation - same venue as last year)
    Platinum Players Card holders get in at 10:00 pm
    Everyone else gets in after 10:30pm
    Limo transportation provided from hotel (thanks to Pluginfeeds.com)

    And a possible addition. We've been in talks with Flavor Flav and he REALLY wants to help MC for the night. He came down in price for us if we want him. With a little more sponsor support we can book him right now. He called my agent and said he knew all about it, spoke with Snoop and Ice-T in the past about it. He was super honored that we'd want him. So look for that to be ironed out soon.

                                      Got Content? I'm thinking of doing another type of sponsorship if content providers are interested. We will have 2 big screens, one near the stage for the sponsors logo's to be seen. The other upstairs in the big area where the main bar is. The upstairs screen I'm thinking of playing soft content branded with the URL's on it. IF I do this, no nudity, wet t-shirts is the limit. This would be a nice way to get your content seen in front of a very qualified audience. Hit me up if interested, look at my sig for details.                                                   With Public Enemy it's about $50k to $60k.

                                                  Alone, normally he doesn't get paid to do this stuff, and if he does, it's alot.

                                                  I was going back and forth with is management since I heard about him being on the Surreal Life. I've been a huge PE fan, so Flav being super popular these days made him a no brainer. AND, he's the best hype man in the game.

                                                  For me, as a developing MC, having Flavor Flav behind me with Don Magic Juan on the other side behind me helps my stage presence tremendously. I mean, KB, J$tyle$ are good hype men and all, but adding on to our Ju Tang Clan helps us reach the next level.

                                                          You also get 100 passes with Players Codes to send out.

                                                                          We're giving a limited amount of "Platinum Players Cards" for the first 1000 people registered.

                                                                          I've learned that separating areas into VIP is a bunch of bullshit. So I'm opening up all areas (except for the private suites and balconies) because everyone is VIP that attends. Instead, these Players Cards are the true measure of VIP because it's the first half of our invited guests.

                                                                          Theory being, the most important ones get invited first. This gets you earlier admission and drink specials. It will also be accepted as a true Players Card during other events, not just the Ball.

                                                                          Here's a peak of what it looks like, just the front side, add your name and URL on the front and the rules of the card on the back.
