Ailing Arafat to Fly to Paris Hospital

Ailing Arafat to Fly to Paris Hospital

What the fuck is Jacques Chiraq doing sending rescue planes out to Arafat to try to save his life? That guy has been one of the biggest road blocks to peace in the middle east. The sooner he's dead, the sooner real progress towards peace can be made and Jacques fucking Chiraq wants to save this worthless piece of shit's life! Why, so that Arafat can instigate more violence and death for a few more years?

Hey Jacques, maybe both you and Arafat need to die!

You have to realise half of the world supports Bush & Sharon, the other half supports Chiraq & Arafat.
    I don't use ICQ anymore.

The same reason Sharon is letting him leave on the plane and even saying he can come back- they know he's close to death.

It's best for Israel to accommodate him right now and not do anything that appears to stand in the way of his receiving medical treatment. If he does die, there's no sense in adding fuel to the fire by allowing the Palestinians to blame his death on his inability to receive treatment, due to the Israelis. It's more than likely going to be a clusterfuck either way, but it's an act of diplomacy.

But what do the FRENCH have to do with it? Is it just because they're a 3rd party? Why not allow palestinian doctors to take care of Arafat? If it's good enough for his people, who live in dirt and squalor, then it's good enough for him, right?

Israel would definitely not be on France's "buddy" list. At one point, Sharon even called on all the jews living in France to move to Israel. France has always maintained contact with Arafat. His wife and daughter have been living in Paris since 2000. They've publicly announced their support for him.
