I think you are right. It looks like a Legend. Depending on what track you are on they usually have a 350 on 15" slicks (tires on that one are harder street tires) and a straight pipe. They usually run VP racing fuel and weigh about 2000 lbs with about 500hp. Most of them are running a 550 downdraft carb and some tracks will let them run fuel injection.

Fun cars. The north eastern featherlight/all-star modifieds are awesome too. 350 FI on a 1500lbs open wheel frame sucked down to about 4 inches off the ground the ground.
