      As one of my gay friends remarked about his former marriage... they do it to prove to themselves they aren't gay. Another of my gay friends agreed when discussing his former marriage.

          most of the guys internviewed on oprah were saying they were raised to not accept gays, so they married young and married a woman....then later started having gay affairs...

          one marriage was over 40-50 years, and the dude was having gay affairs the whole time
