Paul Reubens says he has two screenplays bringing back his Pee Wee Herman character.

I remember when he first broke out and he was a scream. His tv show was awesome and his HBO specials too.

Hopefully he's learned from his mistakes and will rebound with another Pee Wee movie as he says.

Nurse Nancy!!!

I remember back in the 80s some girlfriends of mine were working at the studio that did the props and animation for his show. I met him at a friend's house when he was starting out. I didn't even know it was him! I was just walking around town one night, wandered over to my friend's house and he was having a small get together. I hadn't seen him in a while and I started talking about a character I saw in a Cheech and Chong movie who was a hotel desk guy who was a riot. Mind you, my friend was wearing a Pee Wee Herman t-shirt and I still didn't recognize him. Pee Wee reminded me of my friend when he was young. So there I was raving about this actor and Pee Wee was standing right there with a smile on his face, my pal was there with his t-shirt on and they didn't tell me til months later!

Pee Wee's funny. Paul Reubens has paid the price for being a prominent public figure that people don't understand. Hell, I don't understand him but he was crucified for being himself. That's sad. I hope that he has a triumphant return and that kids all over the world can laugh to his hillarity once again.
