    "A 10-year-old girl is being forced to live yards from the man who sexually assaulted her, it has emerged.

    The man, who cannot be identified, moved into a house in mid Wales on the same street as the girl's family after he was released from prison."

              A smart outcome would be for him to .. slip and bust his head on the corner of a step perhaps... Probably not too deep of an investigation would occur..

                  Cardiff Crown Court heard that Williams had convictions for sexual offences going back 29 years.
