There is no off the shelf script unless you plan on doing a fairly small amount of members. I researched every single script and they are all crap and need tons of customizing. Right now to get ahead of the dating curve you need cam2cam between members at a minimum, email and instant message just wont cut it nowadays. Stay away from ones that check your license on the sellers server, such as webscribble used to do, if they go out a biz you're fucked. If you just want a decent one that will work for the time being, the only one worth a shit is AEWebworks, used to cost 690.00
