I have a server with National-Net and they are truly the best, haven't seen any problems with SE.
Been with them for 2 years next month and they really kick ass

You can judge a host by calling them up at 3AM their time and seeing if they answer the phone. If you get an answering machine don't bother using them.

Call National Net at 3AM EST and see if they answer. I always get them on the phone quickly when I need them, no matter what time of the day (night or morning!).
