Could it be a billing processor issue? If their processor had down time or turned up the scrubbing then the effect would be a much lower conversion ratio. I wouldn?t think it would be dramatic as going from 1:500 to 1:2000, but it may be something.

What are your numbers like with other programs? People say the same about ccbill... It could be as well that traffic is up after people are back from their holidays, but their pockets are empty.
