          Man, thats pretty damn messy. There is no winning when you have an accident on a bike. Last year a guy was on a Sunday drive not paying attention and he rear ended my car. His wife ended up on the hood luckily the only thing she broke was the visor on her helmet.

                      Much of the problem also happens when you have people who don't value their bikes or their lives. Usually the guys riding like jackasses are on some cheap import that isn't worth much more than his new Nikes. They ride like jackasses and often pay the price for it. Not to say that riders of quality bikes like BMW's and Harley Davidsons don't have accidents but when your bike is worth more than what the average American makes you tend to be very careful with it.
