Trail Mix dood. The quality kind. With exotic fruits, trop fruits, and tasty nuts.
Just drink lots of green tea(great for weight loss and detox) and liquids through-out the day. If your drink 1-2 liters of fluid and taking supplements(multi-vita, homeopathic herbs, etc) you shouldn't have to much of a prob. making it through the day.
You'll stay under 500 cals. 40-50carbs(with fresh fruit, liquids, etc).
Then keep your meal under 1000 cals(salad, fish, etc).
You'll lose .5-.75lbs a day. Period.
Sure lots of other things work.

Also... if you want to lose .5lb on top of that a day. Run at least 4miles or burn 450 cals(100carbs) through some type of exercises. You'll shed the lbs off.
