protein shake.. can never get enough protein

some other good things that wont set you back
sugar free jello (0 cals)
sugar free jello pudding (20 or so cals)
raw almonds
pickles
salads (of course - not loaded w/ bacon and croutons and creamy dressings though)
all natural peanut butter for some good fats

im too tired to think of more
