    Is a PR9 domain worth 1500 EUROS

I am dealing a PR9 domain... The price is 1500 EUROS, what would you do?

For obvious reason I can't post the domain here anyway it's a neutral combination of words.

Its worth it as long as that Pagerank is coming from at least 500 sources, check the domains back links, check google cache of the page.

you can make $1500 a month USD just by selling a single text link ad on the site easily.

If you get the site let me know and I can swing some buyers your way quickly.

Make sure the PR is actually legit. Check the backlinks, the PR, look at the anchor text on some of the backlinks. Make sure it's not a spoofed PR of another PR9 domain. If it all checks out, $1500 is a steal.

google only gives *itself* a pr of 9 about half of the time so how could someone be selling a domain with that kind of pagerank and it not be huge news?!

if its legit, you could sell it here in seconds for that price

are you sure its not a 9 upside down?

Rather sell links for a real big amount of money but there aren't any real PR9 sites for sale, there are just URL masked / mirrored sites that pretend to have that PR but it won't have any effect on linked people.

Check the domain's creation date. PR *should* drop as soon as a domain drops, but G doesn't always do this. Either way, if it's a new domain (dropped in the last little while) don't go for it.
