I've just got off the phone with my Ibill rep. He told me that I will get paid if I start taking payments through Ibill again.
This is because as soon as my first cheque was late i switched over to ccbill.
Do i write off the ten grand they owe me or let them take some payments from my sites and hope they pay up.Comment

well for shits grinns and also to see if i could recoupe some of my rebills still stick in ibill. I faxed in the merchant account forms last week, and duly left the message on the reps answering machine after checking with ibill that adam riff is still actually there.
well its tuesday night and no call. If they arent returning calls on people who have actually faxed in their merchant forms ( hell no they aint getting $1500 till i have something iron clad from the bank NOT ibill ) I dont think there is much hope. its been 5 working days now and nothing.
Has anyone received anything back after faxing the forms in?

If we were both to call Ibill with a request who do you think they'd help? Sure as hell not the guy bashing them.
Ibill may be in a really bad situation right now, they may not make it out of this. If they do survive you can be sure they'll remember who took care of them and who bashed them (if their memories fail maybe the search feature will help them, if it ever works again). While not bashing them is probably the toughest thing to do, it is also the smartest thing to do right now.Comment

By their poor business decisions, and lack of communication, and I fear, straight out lies by some within IBill, they have lost the most important thing in this business, their reputation..
Even if IBill does pull through ( an I honestly hope they do, as if they do go under, it's bad for everyone, not just their customers ) they're going to have a very hard time surviving in the adult marketplace..
Think of it this way. If this had happened to IBill's Non-Adult customers, do you honestly believe that there would not already be someone from the government at their doors, locking that place down, and taking people away in matching steel bracelets?
