My friend is going through pure hell right now! I have to keep him by my side otherwise he is going to kill this guy! The molester is a guy who taught Sunday school at his local church.

My friend is not in a good frame of mind right now but I wouldn't blame him if he drove over there and beat the living fuck out of that guy. Hell, I'm tempted to drive his ass over and help!

you seem to have alot of dramatic things happen around you, yet this situation like many that are discussed on GFY is a matter for the police. Taking matters into your own hands means that if you do anything to this guy, you will end up in jail - and simply put, your no use to your daughter doing that.

Tell your "friend" acting out anger is never the way - get the police involved. Oh, and this has nothing to do with religion either, it can happen in minor hockey - or anywhere.

Truth is, that the majority of sexual assaults on children are not from strangers but instead from family members.

Dunno but if they guy ends up in jail as he should make sure you send a few letters to all of his cell / block mates and let them know what he is in prison for. They don't take kindly to child molesters at all.

As both a parent, and someone who has worked with youth groups.... I have no respect for anyone who would do something like that.

The one time I was selected for Jury duty, the case I was picked for was a child molestation case.

Have you looked or heard of cases where men caught their wives cheating then shot her and the guy shes with?? In the courts eyes, this is the same thing as your daughter getting assaulted, your reacting out of passion and emotions.

if he truly wishes to get this guy back..id suggest puttiing you and him somewhee far away. Make sure you have witnesses...getting an intentional speeding ticket is a good one.

now comes the tricky part, you need to contact some people who will carry out the beating for you.
and find someone who will not get carried away and accidently kill the dude.

Yeah I agree the court systems suck. You hear about the guy who shot the guy who raped his wife?

Turns out the rapist was in the same place waiting for another victim in the same exact place. The husband walks in blows the fuckers balls off walks away. Fuckin court system is putting the husband who shot him to trial.

Well, what I say I would do and I what I would do could possibly be two separate things. At this moment I would say that I would beat the living fuck out of him with a lead pipe/baseball bat etc. Seeing that I wouldn't know where to look to get a gun, those things would have to do.

However, the only deterrent would be that if I could not get away with it 100%, as I would not want to go to jail and have my daughter/son deprived of a parent. They (the child) would only feel guilty (I would think) if that was to happen. (Mind you I do not have any children, so this is all hypothetical)

I wish your friend and his family all the best in the horrible situation.

I have a 10 year old daughter..

We all here so many stories of how many children are molested. But I never here stories that people don't take revenge out on these people.

I can't believe that any jury would allow someone to go to jail for taking out revenge on someone who molested there child.

Kind of like the book and movies "a time to kill" without the race issue. And yes if someone rapes or molestes a kid THEY DESERVE TO DIE.

I feel so sorry for any child or parent that has to deal with this.

God for bid it was my child it wouldn't even be a 2nd thought and I would go kill the motherfucker in a NY city second. If I had to go jail so be it but I just don't get how a jury would let a parent who takes revenge for the molestation and rape of their child go to prison.

I would at the minimum want to shoot the person but if i did that I'd go to jail and not be able to be there for my child. Unfortunately, I think I'd have to follow through with pressing charges and depending on the justice system just to be able to ensure I was still present to support my child.

Someone who goes to jail for killing his wife won't get treated nearly as badly by the prisoners as someone who goes to jail for molesting a six year old girl.....In parallel, a jury won't convict a person who kills his wife in the same way as a person who kills someone who molested his six year old daughter.
