I understand how frustrating customer service inquiries can be.
I'm dealing with my old cell phone carrier on some charges which should not be there. I expect immediate answers too, but they have a schedule and a process and I accept that. So far they have been diligent in helping me, even though it hasnt' been to my schedule. Sometimes you have to give a little leeway to others.
That said, thanks to all who have supported us in this thread, we do care very much about each and every one of our affiliates.
