I think Paul has a point tho... it's the lack of money going into the content to begin with causing them to be left with very repetative content. Not only that... in cases of the offending sites the content sets in the members are are roughly 24-30 pics a set mostly all the same. So definately either lack of money put into it or just plain lack of experience. What a lot of webmasters dont realize is that what makes them hard, won't make the masses hard. The content needs variety to be worth a dime.
