Bush has no exit strategy. Never has...likely never will. Its a big dung heap that'll be handed down to the next administration after the next election.
And anything we come up with wouldn't be enacted upon anyways. Bush is far too arrogant and egocentric to listen to anyone but the sound of his cash drawer opening and closing. And Cheney loves the fact his Haliburton stocks just keep skyrocketing (doubled since the Iraq invasion).
Its a big shit sandwich...with no end in sight.
