I don't go to them or get them regularely from a trained one, but I do get them every once in a while and I totally agree with you. Once I'm out of college this May I'll start payin for one regularely; it's so worth it.

Absolutely. I go to a day spa about once a month. It's totally worth it to relax and pamper yourself every now and then.

I think companies with offices should offer this as an incentive for there employee's

I do the exact same as you. Our RMT comes to the house every 2nd Saturday and gives my wife and I 1 hour massages. What a treat. I have been doing it for years and wouldn't give it up.

I was going every other tuesday for a while. I'm now going weekly since taking a nasty fall that screwed up everything I worked so hard to fix in physical therapy.

I get massaged every 2 weeks, I go to the chiropractor once a week, and have a personal trainer once a week.

This shit all works, I feel 10 000 times better and my body is so relaxed it feels great.
