I'm no shrink.
I don't play one on TV.
But this is what I'd do.

Suck it up. Ignore it. And let them deal with it.

Unless you live with them.

Then suck it up. Ignore it. And get out of the house as much as possible.

Approach your mom about it. Tell her how uncomfortable it makes you feel to know this. Tell her how you feel. Tell her how much you dislike her for doing this to your father. Tell her you're angry at her. Tell her to 'fess up and stand up for what she has done. The ensuing drama after that will probably be hard, tumultuous and difficult to deal with as they try and use you as a safety net.

However, in the end, confrontation always leads to resolution.
